The Tech Incubator is a private organisation that launches startups on the basis of the observed needs of our Zeitgeist.
The role of the Tech Incubator is to identify and bring together the right talent in its startups and nurture the talent’s growth. The startups are launched with the focus on performing in a way that generates and drives benefit to all stakeholders and communities involved.
We have a two-year cycle, with the next being in year 2023.
Our purpose is to create businesses motivated to respond to societies’ needs to bring people towards a mindful, happy or responsible way of living.
We build up businesses and organisations that anticipate societal needs. We believe that every organisation can - with the products or services it offers - impact how people live, consume or behave in today’s world.

We will share each startup’s business plan as you advance through the recruitment process.
We are continually looking at identifying the right talent to build the founding teams of our startups. If you are interested in driving change in today’s society while simultaneously developing your own personal and professional skills, you could be the right fit for one of our startups.
Throughout your time with us, you will receive personalised mentoring and advisory support to help you make the business idea a success. Furthermore, you will have access to a co-working space within walking distance from Marktplatz in St. Gallen for free.
After the incubation phase, the startup becomes a spin-off of the Tech Incubator as a separate legal entity where you will be Co-Founder.

We review your profile and contact you for the next step, which is a video interview.
After you get to know us and we get to know you, we organise a digital info session to present the programme and all the upcoming projects that the Tech Incubator envisages to implement.
If following the info session, you see yourself joining one of the startups and the role appears to be a good fit from both sides, you will join the founding team of the selected project, as part of which you will kickstart the business.
